Abdominal Strengthener

1) Lying on your back.  Bend one leg up and place the sole of the foot on the floor.

2) Inhale and raise a leg off the floor (optional to lift the head also for extra strengthening).

3) Raise the arms at the same time with the palms facing upwards.

4) Exhale turn the palms down, inhale turn the palms up. Continue as long as comfortable.

5) Release and relax everything down to the floor gently on the exhale.

6) Repeat on the other side.
