Asthma Breath ~
For the prevention of and for during an attack.
1) Inhale for a count of 3, then retain the breath for 6 or 9 counts,
2) then exhale as slowly as possible.
3) Repeat up to 9 times.
During an attack repeat as you feel necessary.
Slowing the breath in this way will help the lungs dilate and decongest the airways.
