Mind Healing Breath/Movement ~
1) Starting standing with the feet hip distance apart.
2) Of each hand, extend the first two finger and fold in the last two to the palm, placing the thumb pad on the folded fingers.
3) Inhale and bring the extended fingers up pointing to the head side temples,
4) and exhale move the hands downwards (as though pushing the stress/thought energy away from the head) – bend the knees slightky also as you do this.
5) Inhale bring the fingers up again and repeat the process as you exhale.
