Pranayama with Mudra: Hakini Mudra (good for the brain, and stimulates all cells) ~
1) Sit with the spine straight.
2) Place the fingertips of both hands together and gaze upwards with your eyes without straining.
3) Inhale and place your tongue on your gums, hold it there whilst inhaling.
4) As you exhale release the tongue down.
Repeat this process for up to ten breaths.
