Anxiety (also called angst or worry) is a psychological and physiological state characterized by somatic, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral components. It is the displeasing feeling of fear
and concern. Whilst depression is usually developed with thinking too much about the past, anxiety is generally brought about by too much thinking about the future, and ‘perceived’ future events.

Yoga helps you to be neither too much in the past or future as it helps you to be just in the now.
