Hay Fever is a common allergic condition that affects up to one-in-five people at some point in their life. It is a reaction to pollen and some of the symptoms include: runny nose, itchy nose and eyes, and sneezing. For those of you who suffer from hay fever you will certainly expect it around spring/summer time each year.

It is an allergic rhinitis which affects the nasal airways, and this can be quite disruptive for a person, especially for the practicing yogi/yogini where breathing clearly is paramount.
