Vertigo is the sensation that the world around you is spinning out of control, or that things are moving about. The severity can range from a person barely noticing it, to more debilitating amounts which stop you doing your daily activities. Other symptoms include a loss of balance, dizziness, and/or feeling sick. Vertigo is usually caused by a problem with the way balance works in the inner ear, although it can also be caused by problems in certain parts of the brain.

This doesn’t need to be seen as scary, as many of these symptoms disappear over time. However yoga and focused breathing techniques will help to ground and rebalance the healing energies you have within, and thus promote symptoms to ease.
