Cognitive Coaching & Mentoring Sessions…

All sessions are tailored to suit your needs and requirements. At the initial consultation we will discuss your requirements and I will talk you through what the sessions may involve.

CBT, Coaching & Mentoring Services: 

I offer sessions in CBT, Coaching & Mentoring therapy/guidance. This can be aimed at your yoga practice, your teaching, personal life, work, hobbies and anything you feel needs looking at and improving upon.

Sessions can be done, in person at your own home or at my studio in Carnforth, on email and/or via Skype.

Sessions may include:

  • Individuals, or groups (corporate or private) – Creating healthier ways of thinking, for personal and/or professional enhancement,
  • Tailored coaching and mentoring service, for individuals and groups,
  • Help in making healthier lifestyle decisions and changes,
  • Offering Nutritional advice and support to assist in your wellness,
  • Provide you with Yoga techniques for strength and flexibility of body, mind and breath, for a whole wellbeing approach,
  • Learn how to control and use your thoughts and emotions in any circumstance, and use them to your advantage,

Sessions can be made at Birmingham, or Carnforth, North Lancashire, AND/OR ZOOM or SKYPE.
